吴磊参加“长三角区域音乐教育与艺术产业发展联盟”成立大会

Wu Lei Attended the Founding Meeting of Yangtze River Delta Music Education and Arts Industry Development Alliance

为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于长三角一体化发展的重要讲话精神，在长三角一体化战略构架与机制引领下，上海2138cn太阳集团古天乐牵头联手长三角区域内包括专业音乐院校、综合性大学2138cn太阳集团古天乐以及音乐家协会、中国上海国际艺术节、上海之春国际艺术节等在内的16家单位，于12月12日在上海发起成立“长三角区域音乐教育与艺术产业发展联盟”，共同签署《上海宣言》，助力世界级城市群文化建设，促进长三角区域美育协作。苏州大学2138cn太阳集团古天乐执行院长吴磊参加了联盟成立大会。

In order to furtherly implement President Xi Jinping’s speech spirit about the integrated development of Yangtze River delta, led by the integration strategy framework and mechanism, Shanghai Conservatory proposed to establish the Yangtze River Delta Music Education and Arts Industry Development Alliance. The founding meeting was held on December 12 in Shanghai, and 16 institutions and organizations attended the meeting, including conservatories, music school in universities, musician associations, Shanghai International Arts Festival, the Spring of Shanghai International Art Festival. Shanghai Declaration was signed on the meeting, which will contribute to the cultural construction of world-class city clusters and promoted the cooperation of arts education in the Yangtze River Delta region. Wu Lei, Executive Dean of Soochow University School of Music, attended the founding meeting.

长三角区域合作办公室常务副主任、上海市发改委副主任阮青出席成立大会，其他出席会议的中国上海国际艺术节总裁李明，南京艺术学院党委常委、副校长张捷(线上)，浙江2138cn太阳集团古天乐院长王瑞，安徽师范大学党委副书记、校长张庆亮，上海师范大学2138cn太阳集团古天乐院长施忠、南京师范大学2138cn太阳集团古天乐党委书记姜小东，苏州大学2138cn太阳集团古天乐执行院长吴磊，南通师范高等专科学校党委副书记、校长朱月萍，温州大学2138cn太阳集团古天乐院长邹跃飞，安徽音乐家协会主席盘龙，安徽师范大学2138cn太阳集团古天乐副院长汪海元，以及上海2138cn太阳集团古天乐党委书记徐旭、校长廖昌永等校领导出席成立大会。

Ruan Qing, the Deputy Director of Yangtze River Delta Regional Cooperation Office as well as the Deputy Director of Shanghai's Development and Reform Commission attended the meeting. Other guests who attended the meeting included: Li Min, President of Shanghai International Arts Festival; Zhang Jie, CPC Secretary and Vice President of Nanjing University of the Arts; Wang Rui, President of Zhejiang Conservatory; Zhang Qingliang, CPC Deputy Secretary and President of Anhui Normal University; Shi Zhong, Dean of Shanghai Normal University School of Music; Jiang Xiaodong, CPC Secretary of Nanjing Normal University School of Music; Wu Lei, Executive Dean of Soochow University School of Music; Zhu Yueping, CPC Deputy Secretary and President of Nantong Normal College; Zou Yuefei, Dean of Wenzhou University School of Music; Pan Long, Chairman of Anhui Musicians Association; Wang Haiyuan, Associate Dean of Anhui Normal University School of Music; Xu Xu, CPC Secretary of Shanghai Conservatory and its President Liao Changyong.

大会由上音党委副书记、副校长徐卫主持。徐卫首先汇报联盟筹备与理事会组成名单。在此前的预备会议上讨论了联盟章程、酝酿了常务理事单位、联盟主席、副主席与秘书长人选名单和宣言内容，提请大会审议。大会先后表决一致通过了联盟章程、联盟组织机构与人员名单。

The meeting was hosted by Xu Wei, CPC Deputy Secretary and Vice President of Shanghai Conservatory. Xu first reported the alliance preparation situation and council member list. In the previous preparatory meeting, the articles of association, the list of candidates for the executive director unit, the chairman, the vice-chairman and the secretary general of the alliance and the content of the declaration were discussed and submitted to the meeting for approval. The meeting approved the articles, organization structure and personnel list of the alliance.
